Keep in mind that distilled water will not boil and can be brought above 212 degrees at normal pressure. Once an impurity is introduced it can violently boil and basically explode.
Who gave you that idea? Of course distilled water will boil. Impurities just raise the boiling temperature a bit. The only way it will "explode" is if pressure is suddenly reduced, as in unlocking the lid on a pressure cooker under pressure. That would be a bad idea.
