This morning I removed the radiator hoses flushed radiator a few times water flowed out clear and fast removed the thermostat housing flushed water a few times as well all clear flowed out fast
Looked like the replacement lower hose had a flat spot in a bend so maybe it was restricting water flow bought a flex hose and hopefully it’s part of process and elimination next I will remove old electric fan
