If you have spark at the plug level, and fuel at the carb squirting, You have one of 2 issues. Timing is off or fuel isn’t getting into the cylinders (blockage)
Ok, really stupid question, have you removed the carb since the last time it ran? If so, Did you ensure there isn’t a towel blocking the fuel (I did that one too!)? I placed a paper towel in throat of intake manifold to ensure nothing fell in.
