The key is in the run position and power to the coil. I also replaced the coil but forgot to mention that. Also pulled the valve cover off and everything was moving as it should. You can look down in the carb and see the gas go down into the manifold when you activate the accelerator. Choke is fully closed when trying to start it. Rotary button is installed. any other ideas please?
