Thanks for the suggestions. I don't see how I could be 180 out as the distributor was never removed. I just took the cap off when I painted the engine and noted which wires went where and reinstalled them the same. The carb was never off until after a lot of spinning the motor over we removed it and had it rebuilt Don't think anything could have gotten down into the intake as I just put an old towel over the intake while the carb was off. As I stated before the motor ran great until I removed it for cleaned. I'm sure I am missing something just can't figure out what. I'm out of things to try so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
