Choke closing fully? My truck will not start cold unless the choke is fully closed. Once, I had the air cleaner screw poking down into the carb throat a bit too much. This stopped the choke from closing all the way and the truck wouldn't start.
Is the vacuum line to wiper motor connected? Or plugged to stop vacuum leak?
