On the rotary switch placement, I've decided one logical array would be "off" at the straight up position. Normal low and normal high clockwise from that. Relay selections counterclockwise with 2 sec first, 3.8 sec next, 6 sec next and 8.5 sec next.
I've ordered the materials to make a few of these. No idea when they'll arrive, but I'll keep you posted.
