I thought about that also. What sort of led me the other way was that I figure the low and high functions might be used more often so I wanted them to the the first things a person would get. And additionally, the rotary switch will make a full circle so you could go back to off either by turning back from low/high or clockwise from intermittent. I'll give it some more thought, however. The way I made the circuit that would be an easy change. Part of me wonders if the intermittent function might not be used more. I don't get the feeling too many people drive in the rain...intentionally.
