If you take a wire brush to the the outside of one of the rear wheel cylinders, you might find a casting number. The rearend should have some kind of identifying marks on it.
I was able to get reproduction clips ( pinlocks) for my 38 Master, which uses the same shoes and drums as the 1/2 Ton.
