Past reported errors on disk conversion:
Left right mounting brackets swapped. Most kits the brackets have a slight off set.
Calibers mounted upside down.
Bearing installed in the hub is wrong.
Spindle spacer is wrong or not seated.
Spacing on the rotor hat incorrect.
