while i don't have a 235, and am not very inexperienced with engines, etc. heres my thoughts.
3x1 or 2x1 Offy, to spread fuel evenly, make it more efficient with the distibution, once set up properly.
duals out of headers thru glass packs.
mild port and polish, maybe a valve job if its needed.
after that you start running into cam's, soon after, turbo's, etc etc. so, thats just my opinion.
