I tested the green at the coil with the key in the "on" position with the multimeter (DC 20ohm) and it it was bouncing between 11 and 12ish. Should I continue to test the other connections mentioned? I followed the pink wire which you mentioned is the resistance wire. I've attached images of that, the bundle I believe it's inside (which maybe I should cut open and inspect?). I also uploaded a picture of the ignition switch and you will notice the wire that goes to "Ign" which is pink I taped because I noticed the insulation was damaged. This isn't the same wire is it? I also uploaded a screenshot of the wiring diagram so those that are interested in helping don't need to download it.
