Every time I look at the TBI setup in my '86 Fiero 2.5 four cylinder, I wonder how easy it would be to retrofit this to a 216...would need to install an o2 sensor, coolant temp sensor and elec. fuel pump, but that'd be about it.
I believe a stock TBI setup like that flows about 390 cfm, and all the works could be had off a junk 2.5 GM car for probably about nothing.
Has anyone actually done this ? Wouldn't exactly be a fire-breathing setup, but those TBI's are pretty reliable.
