If you have the space and money those gmc’s might be worth saving definitely if a 270 or 302. But many parts from the 228 248 270 and 302 interchange. Not sure that a 228 crank, head, and exhaust manifold marries to a 270 or 302 but 90% of the rest will fit. Good engines!
