Well, you need to have a good 3/8 Drill and a set of drill bits, you can get them at Lowes, Menards, Home Depot, Walmart, Ace , etc..... Having read this entire post / posts I'm left with the impression that you have very little experience using hand tools. That's ok, everyone has to start somewhere. Here's a link to a YouTube Video that sort of shows the method used, except use a large enough drill bit to allow you to "drill the head off". On this video you only need to look at 1:31 to 1:43 because the rest of it does not apply . I just wanted you to get an idea of what's been discussed regarding "drilling out the head" to separate it from the rest of the screw.
