Hey, this is topical! I actually just messaged carbking on a different forum about replacing my Rochester B (It's one of those rare ones with a C print but is still a B), and I search for new threads every now and then.

I have all the issues you mentioned because I seldom drive it. About to take it apart, AGAIN. But it has incredible sentimental value to me, plus it's the rare C kind, so if you found some magic bullet to let me keep this thing on... wooeee I'd be a happy guy.
