Firing order correct
Cap is dry
Fairly new rotor and cap
Plugs may be fuel soaked
Carb tightened down
Manifold port has new ball valve, will connect vacuum gauge to make sure not leaking past
Choke not connected but manually actuated by hand when trying to start
Idle not set to high
Will need to remove carb and dry out fuel, then dry the spray bottle
