I have had really good luck with Trans-go shift kits in the past. Dash 2 kits make sharp, consistent shifts under load, and smooth shifts under light load. Dash-3 were the all out racing, bust the windshield shift's. My T350 I have behind my 250ci has the dash-2 kit and hasn't broke anything in 17 years of driving, and it will chirp the tire going into second under full ( all 120 hp ) throttle!
