It is not uncommon in this day and age for a condenser to be bad even if fairly new. They are relatively cheap so try a new one.
Really it still does sound like a fuel problem.
We've got some good Bolters in Texas so if all else fails reach out to the ones closest to you for some facetime.
Above all else hang in there and keep us informed on the success of your fix. It will help others in the same predicament.
