I've heard stories of folks having to soak the cylinders weeks or even months to get some movement. Lots of different favorite concoctions around here....MMO, Kroil, ATF/ Acetone, etc.
Sort of doubt that this would stick the motor as tightly as yours is....but I guess you might try to get some penetrant down the lifter bores as well.
