wbeaton New Guy W Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 5 Hamilton, ON	A 1955 235 does not need an adaptor to work with the original Powerglide transmission. I can't imagine a 235 having enough to power to shear any bolts. Does still have the original torque tube?
