The shaft is out, needed to use a slide hammer. Bearing and seal came off. The bearing was completely gone, ate into the shaft pretty good so ill have to have that replaced. Good news is, after the shaft was out, the inner axle bearing was not too hard to put back together, lucked out on that one.
