I will definitely keep you guys posted. Its strange the left drive axle is shorter by one inch than the right side. I wonder what that is due to. In any case, I had measured the left side one and it is 29 1/2 almost 29 3/4 inches long. I wonder if whoever had the truck before me put the wrong one and if it had anything to do with its wear. Ill be calling Dan's on Monday with some pictures just to make sure. Thanks again for your input and help. Glad theres guys like you out there helping us out. Take care
