Hello Mr. Wirth, that's the reason I'm taking the drive shaft out. The bearing pretty much disintegrated I imagine. There should be absolutely no play in the drive shaft to my knowledge. I hadn't thought of using a spacer, though I already bought the bearing and seal. I imagine the most cost effective option, if the shaft is worn, would be to buy another shaft.
