Martin brings up a good point about looking elsewhere for an additional problem. Sounds like you have have a highly modified setup and are asking a lot out of a stock engine. Any slight issue with any given component will be amplified, given all of the mods. I know that I am not offering much as far as specific help, but just offering a suggestion for a different approach.
