I bought and toured Jim Carter's business. I think he really tries to get the best pieces to sell us.
But 2 years after you buy something, you are right. It is hard to think or expect a vendor to do anything about it.
Jim Carter is the vendor, not the manufacturer.
Two years is just a little too long IMHO.
I don't think that would be reason for me to drop him from my vendor list or make the buyer beware post about a chunk of rubber.
And I am not looking for approval for my post.
