Almost all (but one) of my experiences with Jim Carter Truck Parts are that he/they are excellent in trying to provide customer satisfaction. I have received refunds for parts that I did not install for more than two years - the parts were wrong, or they were unsatisfactory. In one case, it was a rebuilt part.
