Before lifting the cab all the way off the frame.
I would line-up the front floor cross members mounting holes with the frame holes.
Then weld some bracing along side the original cross members, from rocker panel to rocker panel.
Thinking more about this, couldn't I bolt some 1/4 inch flat bar ( or angle), bent on each end, from front lower hinge to front lower hinge to keep the cab mounting holes lined up?
