Yep, That's how I removed my cab until I invested in an electric cable lift. And those bottles look familiar too.
I wish I had removed the bottles before taking the picture.

With that 2X triple I-beam, you could pick up the entire truck! Sure beats my cheesy rig. Mine is the same principle, just inferior materials.
