The sign of a good company in my opinion is how they deal with after sales,they all screw up from time to time,sounds like LMC are pretty up to scratch (forgive the pun).

To be honest it doesn't make economical sense for them to cart it all the way back,why pay to collect and return a faulty glass just to throw it in the dumpster,it's no use to man nor beast anyway.... grin
