I was in exactly your position about three years ago and was ready to call it quits a few times after that. Some of the Stovebolters who had hit the wall themselves suggested just taking a break.
I did and it was great getting back into it when I was in the right frame of mine. I bought mine as hobby and way to get my head out of office and I just had to remember that.
As Denny suggests just concentrate on getting on the road. That's what I did and now I look forward to putzing with the little stuff that invariably crops up.
