Thanks John for opening up this very interesting discussion. There is not much more I can add only to say to just follow your passion. I have owned a lot of cool cars and trucks for 60+yrs. but never rebuilt or "restored" one. Then about 20 yrs. ago I spotted a nice old 52 AD and it was love at first sight. Finally found a nice old stock 53 after retiring. Started edging toward the "WALL" when the money ran out and still a long way to go. Thanks to all you guys and gals plus a good part time job, things are slower, decisions more realistic. Just livin' in the moment and enjoying it more.
