A piece of 1/4 inch iron pipe, 1/4 inch thick, A 1/4x1 inch long bolt, 2 flat washers and 1 lock washer. Drill a 7/64 hole below the head of the bolt for the cable to pass through and you are done. Look at Pre '68 Daves picture to see what the bolt looks like.
Takes about 10 minutes from start to finish, all you need is a hacksaw and a drill.
