I don't think you can find more saw for money than an older Delta Unisaw.
The new ones are a lot of money for the basic unit (worth it), but searching carefully on Craig's list you can find older units with extension tables, Beismeyer fences, right tilt or left tilt arbors, etc.
They are built like a tank and you can set your budget and get as much as possible for it. Every part for a 50 year old saw is available.
