The Stovebolt has been great help restoring my truck. Just yesterday while reinstalling the fresh air heater I needed some assistance. I have a fresh air heater in my truck and the core was leaking. Pulled out the heater and took the core to a local shop. Core needed to be replaced. After reading numerous posts, I was not sure if the heater core could be rebuilt or replaced. The shop said no problem and ordered a new heater core. Picked it up yesterday. I installed the heater and then could not figure out the correct hose routing. Searching previous posts solved the problem. Found a diagram in a previous post showing the hose routing. Winter is coming. Again, thanks for the Stovebolt site.

....Larry, I think I need to add my Thanks as well. Life wouldn't be the same without the Bolt!

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.

I beg to differ. You people have been the major enablers of my now incurable addiction. I parked my rusted-out 52 twenty years ago. Then I found This Site, and started fixing it up. Now whenever I pick parts, or find a half-way decent AD for sale, I lose my mind and start buying trucks which I don't need. I have 3 of then now, and I don't seem to hunt or fish much anymore. My wife is always [censored] about all the parts, yada, yada, yada. My only retort to her is, "At least working on these old trucks is cutting into my womanizing and drunkenness." I don't know how much longer this is going to work.
