Now that I have my truck on the road, I'd feel more comfortable with seat belts. I'd like 3pt but not sure if there is anything to anchor to. Lap belts are more likely.

I tried some local junkyards for a center lap belt but they won't let me in the yard. Or if their computer doesn't list it for the specific year, then "we must not have it." Thanks New England! With that in mind, what year vehicles can I have "them" rob a center belt from?

You're better off going to a hot rod shop and getting brand new lap belts. Juliano's is the best I've seen for the 3-point setup.

What about new seats with the belts incorporated in the seat themselves. That's what I do. More comfortable. But if you are going stock, that's different I guess.

I guess I'm not opposed to a new seat but there is something about the old look.

Mine are the airplane style (metal lift-latch release) belts. My truck is modified, but this is the style I wanted. I'll try to post a picture later.

Yep,

I got my 3 points from Juliano's using the old style airplane buckles for a less contemporary look.
