For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2013 Posts: 6 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jul 2013 Posts: 6 | I am restoring (and modifiing) a '64 C10 and want to abandon the cigarette lighter next to the ignition. I would like to plug the choke hole also since I have installed a Holley 670 w/electric choke. I would possibly drill the choke hole out to match the lighter one if I can find the black plastic plugs. Does anyone have a line on these plugs?

Some chrome button type and some blace push in type. If you have an ACE Hardware store they carry some as well....or at least here they do. (I had to fill a hole I drilled in the wrong place!!) | | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 | Thanks, Alvin.
I am hoping I'll find plugs that are the correct size to cover holes for hinge bolts in COE doors.

I had to add a cigarette lighter to my '69 panel so I could plug in both my GPS, my Camera and my phone.
Best wishes,

If you want a cigarette lighter, it occupies the far right hole in the 4-5-6 Chevy truck dash cluster. If you are not running a cigarette lighter/power source, in this location, there is a cigarette lighter delete plug, that was installed at the factory.
