I'm putting a 1956 235 in my 1940 1 1/2 ton. The fan hits the lower radiator outflow. The head is a 3835913 which has the smaller temperate sensor.
I've never run an electric fan and so I'm not sure which sensor will work or where to hook it up.
Any advice is appreciated.

I ordered my sensor from Speedway. Good folks, good prices. I have mine wired to where it comes on/off automatically but I also have a toggle switch which I can cut the fan on automatically should the sensor go bad. Call it overkill but with sensors you just never know these days!
