The overall weight of the truck will be the enemy, not the motor. The 700 has a lower 1st gear than the 200. Thanks 235, your only easy choices are the powerglide, hydramatic, standard or heavy duty 3 speed, 4 speed, they may have offered a 5 speed behind the 6's I'm not sure. You can not easily use a 700R4, there is no way to mount it to the engine less some special parts are made to adapt it. It will not fit a stock 58 chev truck frame either. I don't think a Cast iron pg will either.

It's not just a direct swap unfortunately.
