I notice some sway bars attach to front axle and others to the front bottom of the spring u-bolt. Does it depend on the year of the truck or is there a choice. If there is a choice which is the better. It'd be worth asking him though. Or it may have been a rear one?? Or was it a post war option starting when they released the new Advance Design trucks? And if so I'd like to see a couple of pictures of one on a pre-war truck.

And Denny, your detail and documentation are mind blowing still. I'm to dang disorganized to write a book.

After I put the one on the front of my '50, 3604 there was a world of difference in the handling. My "big old wife" was no longer stiff legged and white knuckled when we went around corners or exiting the expressway clover leafs. For the small cost of the CPP anti-roll bar and the little time it took to install it I'd highly recommend adding one to any AD.

Denny Graham Sandwich, IL Side by side with adding a '62 3sp+od to my '49 AD the front stabilizer bar (I used CPP) the best addition IMHO to one of our old trucks.
