I have power to the switch but no power on the little headlight boards inside the engine bay any ideas?? also how do you remove the headlights which to check things?? Jump hot wire to other and check lights.

You push and hold it down while pulling the stem out....then unscrew the nut holding it in the dash. | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,952 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,952 | Noticed my release button is on the right side of the switch on my 49. Does this mean my switch is 90 degrees off? | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 | Noticed my release button is on the right side of the switch on my 49. Does this mean my switch is 90 degrees off? Looking at the dash from in the cab the release will be on the left. There is a indent in the dash that matches the switch. If yours is on the right (looking at dash) your 180 out | | | | Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 16 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 16 | Its all good I found the wires to the parkers and headlights were off the back if switch, still cant get bloody thing off though! Even when pushing button, so just reattached wires with switch still in place Thanks | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,952 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,952 | Okay. The indent or notch maybe, is on the right side of the hole. | | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,952 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,952 | DADS50. I looked at it again and the notch is on the right side AND there is a tab on the switch that fits in the notch. You were right. I was 180 degrees out. Thanks | | |
