Found the vin tag today it is a 1st 55 made in Norwood OH. The thing hasn't ran since the mid 90's. Didn't have an air cleaner or a gas cap. Funny thing, battery still had liquid in it, put it on charger and it now shows 6-7 volts. Probably won't have enough umph to start though.
