Other than not having the ignition turned on, and the rad touching the fan on acceleration, a great first drive! Smooth gear changes, nice clutch, brakes are hard... can't complain!

I recently finished mine but it wasn't all that long ago I went down the road similarly equipped.

@Hook - Ya, it was great! It nice to finally be putting things back ON the truck - clean things!

@Drew - I've got it down to two guys doing a shuffle now - an empty cab isn't so bad.

@Alvin - I took it for a few rides around the block yes! I had to tie down the radiator so I could feel 4th gear!

@Gus - I had only a tie down strap holing the cab to the frame! I guess my mind we preoccupied! I had to stop at one point and reposition the cab - as it shifted and wouldn't let the brake pedal come back up! :P

It was a bit risky, as there are several police officers that live on my street - but I'm pretty sure they'd look the other way! The better tuned 235 sure feels peppy compared to the 216 I had in it! I'm pretty excited to move onto the body work and get this truck back together.
