Not having a pattern, just wondering if anyone knows who might be making accurate tank to pump lines for a '50 Burb that's stock? I know I can make one from stock steel, but was wondering if anyone bought one. Jim Carter has a "20 day backorder" and Inline and Classic tube companies don't have patterns. I don't have a pattern to use.

If your burb is anything like my 52panel it is pretty straight forward. Once you bend it a little to get it toward the tank the rest can be run right up the rail. Most of the bends needed on the gas line can be accomplished with a hand held bender which is cheap at the local parts houses. The line up the chassis rail can be done pretty much by hand. The short line from pump to carb should be bent a little, fit, bend a little, fit.... and it'll look as good as any.

I personally bought me a 25ft roll of steel line and flared the ends myself. Had one nice long line and the line I had left over I used other places....... Just a thought.

I couldn't find lines for our 66, and if you go to "Uniline" web site, they may have them. None of the catalogs handled them, but Uniline (where some suppliers get them from) shows them available. Worth a try.

I made my own lines. But then again, I installed a high pressure in-tank pump for fuel injection.

Thanks everyone! I will post some pics when I get my tank in and hooked up and running again. It was originally a USAF truck with ID plates.

I will get it up on a friend's lift to do the job easier.

My earlier post was incorrect. I was going off the top of my head, and I missed it. The company I was thinking of is "Inline Tube.com"

Inline Tubes or Classic Tubes made a perfect line for my 54 Suburban using my original as a pattern. However, that would be of no use for you, because 47-53's line is different from 54/55's line.
