Hi Mickster! I found it in Placerville, CA. On a company bulletin board. Built in Oakland CA. 5/1938. Was used on a dairy in southern California, restored 20 years ago, been garaged for 10 years.

Thanks! I was shocked when I saw the ad with a couple of pics! It's a 'gennie', bone stock! The 216 is tired, so that may become a 235. 'Major' projects are: passenger door lock cylinder came out, hook up the crank for the windshield, the vacuum wiper was replaced with a VW six volt motor, get that together....

I'm looking for a compression guage, are the ones at FLAPS good? HF?
Also, plugs points and condensor.
Tune up, and fluid change, see how the motor totes 'er. Grease the myriad of fittings.....
