They have not been reproduced. I had the same issue with my 63 about 6 months ago. There is only 1 guy I know of that rebuilds them....Ill find the address. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 426 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 426 | heatercontrolvalve.com he does nice work and gives a warranty. Your only option is to go with a different core and an external control valve in your engine bay. He can rebuild it and you can retain all your factory appearance and controls. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 426 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 426 | modelman....by the timeline, you were typing at the same time as me. oleschool...this is the best option in my opinion | | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 45 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 45 | The valve is a separate piece. Not available new, but used/nos ones turn up on eBay. There is also a repair kit available from the suppliers that may fix the leak. FYI, the heater core isn't available either, although many suppliers list it. I bought the listed one and had a radiator shop switch the tank on the side with the valve. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 45 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 45 | FYI there is a 'NOS valve on eBay right now. | | |
