You are in agreement: "that" (Bill's) and "that" (Brad's) are different "thats"
Brad's three links are to a factory fan shroud.
Tom's eBay photo is not factory.
I think both of you are trying to agree on "that"?

You're right, though. My question was whether the item for sale is really a radiator shroud, and if such a thing actually exists. It appears my link has been removed.
