I saw this is on ebay today. I suspect it's bogus, but just in case I thought I'd ask here. Has anyone ever heard of a shroud for an AD radiator?

The big trucks came with a shroud and it is detailed in the 1954 Assembly Manual. Here are some pictures of the factory AD shrould. I have owned 3 of these never seen the one you show from eBay.

Brad, that's a factory FAN shroud, the ebay thing is a radiator "shrowd", different critter, different location

Bill & Brad,

You are in agreement: "that" (Bill's) and "that" (Brad's) are different "thats"

Brad's three links are to a factory fan shroud.

Tom's eBay photo is not factory.

I think both of you are trying to agree on "that"?

my point is simply that a radiator shroud [shrowd] is not a fan shroud, whether there is such a thing ["radiator shroud"] is the original question

Then again, if the seller can't spell 'shroud,' maybe he doesn't know a radiator shroud from a fan shroud... ohwell

You're right, though. My question was whether the item for sale is really a radiator shroud, and if such a thing actually exists.

It appears my link has been removed.
