Just to wish all my Antipodean 'Bolter buddies a Happy Australia day.

I assume the Barbies will be sparked up and a few cold tinnies will be involved.

Hope it's a good 'un! chug

I realise those temps are in Celsius,we Brits also use this system whereas our American brethren seem to favour Fahrenheit.
Mind you you wouldn't last long in water at 22F......
At least you wouldn't have to worry about sharks!

My temperature gauge in my truck is in fahrenheit and still confuses the h*ll out me sometimes.....

Thankfully we don't get many sharks round here, just the 2nd largest ones,Basking sharks, with occasional Porbeagles and Blues.

The biggest problems the Baskers cause is to small boats inadvertantly hitting them!

Chevy pick-ups were never officially imported into the UK,mine came from California too.

ANZAC day here started with the 5a.m. dawn service with my 7 year old daughter wearing "Poppy's" old slouch hat.
Then a 400 klm Hot Rodders run we attend every year to Perth, Eastern Hills and then back to hometown Waroona by 7:30 p.m. that night to find the local power company had knocked over our main supply pole....no power for 1 & 1/2 days.
Started a good ANZAC Day.....ended up crap

I hope everyone took a minutes silence and got to enjoy their "Gunfire Breakfast"
(Yes Jock, it involves drinking lots from very early in the day!) wink

Yes we are about 30/40 kms from coast Yeppoon, we survived ok but some others around us not so lucky.
Had a look at LMC site but they dont deal with parts older than 47 AD, my truck is a 42 Art Decco.
Have ordered some parts through the filling station will see how it goes.
Cheers Justin

Happy Australia day, I'm from the deep south (Florida), and our original cowboy's including me would crack the whips and have stories of daring both past and present. Sil Belly western style hats, boots and spurs, lasso's and cold beer. Lots of barby beef, hog, lamb and swamp cabbage. Doc.
