I had two of my 3600 hood emblems chromed by him and could not believe the price ($10 each piece) and the quality. I suspected the quality would be good as he had been recommended by a local rod shop, SACHSE CHROME 3600 Pulido Plating 5404 dubby ln balch springs tx 972-286-2322

I've been looking for a chrome bumper and bumper guards for a 55-56 GMC 370 for several years. On his last trip to the Fredericksburg swap meet, WD brought me a painted bumper and bumper guards that would probably chrome pretty well. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 667 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 667 | Would like to hear more myself. Have a '46 grill that is painted steel but in great shape. Don't want some Jake-Leg outfit screwing it up. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 4,983 Master Gabster | | Master Gabster Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 4,983 | Here's a map of his location: Pulido Plating Pull up that link and enter his address: 5404 Dubby Ln. This shop appears to have done a great job on his show-stopping 51 3-window: Here is the chrome shop www.speedsportchrome.com/ | | | | | Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 201 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 201 | Houston Chromer :
Airline Plating did my grill, turned out beautifully, but not cheap - about $500. Show chrome triple plated quality though. Came recommended from Texas Built Muscle Cars (who does awesome muscle car resto's for anyone interested)
To find it, google it.
